When Hannah Nguyen attended a seminar on house flipping, she certainly didn’t expect to meet a kindred spirit who would become her mentor and help her attain her real estate license. But when she did, she was left with a gratitude for where she is now in life as an agent with Portfolio Real Estate.
A California native and a long-time Sacramento resident, Hannah works mainly with first-time buyers in a city she has lived in for decades, and her skills as an agent have no doubt culminated from a diverse background. Through her degree in Criminal Justice from California State University at Sacramento, Hannah learned to navigate plenty of difficult situations as a police communications dispatcher for more than five years. Add to that her current part-time role as a medical fraud analyst for the California Department of Health Care Services, and her customer service know-how from owning and operating a nail salon, and you have someone who can tackle just about anything she sets her mind to.
With a love of meeting new people, Hannah’s career as a real estate agent gives her lots of opportunity to do just that. With some downtime always in order however, she enjoys yoga, running, and reading and listening to educational and motivational books. Along with her daughter – whom she credits as the inspiration behind her go-getter personality – Hannah also volunteers with the American Cancer Society in recognition of her late mother-in-law and to help support and inspire others.
