Sacramento area real estate agent Amber Ludeking appreciates that there is no greater feeling than having a place to call home. Originally from Seoul, South Korea, Amber’s family moved frequently before finally settling in Sacramento County. She clearly remembers feeling happy and relieved when her family put down roots. Now, she works tirelessly to help clients experience those same sentiments.
While Amber is a relatively new sales agent, her goal to work in real estate has been years in the making. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M University, where she was a member of the Alpha Kappa Delta Honor Society and majored in social science. She worked in retail management before pursuing her lifelong ambition of becoming a real estate agent, and she earned her California real estate sales license in 2021.
Today, Amber works with a variety of buyers and sellers, including first-time buyers and military personnel. She uses her customer service experience and social science knowledge to effectively communicate with clients, and she always adopts an honest and empathetic approach to her interactions. She is self-motivated and ambitious in her business. She also focuses on creating trusting client relationships.
Amber lives in Elk Grove, and in her free time, she takes frequent trips to the beach. She is an ocean lover who enjoys swimming, snorkeling, freediving, and surfing. She is passionate about marine life conservation organizations, specifically Oceana, which works to sustain the world’s oceans while improving oceanic biodiversity.
